Love Revolution

What is it that you absolutely LOVE to do? What brings you joy, happiness, relaxation? What makes you smile?

Now ask yourself how often do you Do what you Love?

All too often we find ourselves putting what we love on the back burner of our lives. We let every day activities fill our lives and occupy our minds. We tell ourselves we simply do not have time to indulge in what we love. Just the opposite is true. Our lives are not long enough to live one single day without passion, joy and LOVE.

I am starting a LOVE REVOLUTION and I want you to join me!

Are you in?

Declare your intention. “I am joining the LOVE REVOLUTION!” Write it down on a piece of paper, state it in a comment below, post a blog about it, SHOUT it from the rooftop!

If you are looking for more inspiration, visit the workshops & retreat page here. You can join me online, in the classroom or for a weekend retreat. In all of these workshops you will learn how to use art, writing and meditation as tools for healing and personal growth. Discover your passions, unearth your dreams, face your fears, and learn to fully love the life you are living!

Together we are going to change this world!

Love & Blessings,
Jeniffer

I LOVE ART!!! Too often I go for days without so much as picking up a pencil. Recently I have made myself a promise that I will find time for art as a priority – even if it is only a couple of brush strokes or a few stitches. Sometimes I make an appointment with myself for art time in my diary. I write it in ink so the appointment is confirmed. I have become much more choosy about what I watch on television in the evening to make more time for art. Usually I feel too sleepy in the evenings but I make myself just go and sit in my studio chair thinking I can always not do anything if I really feel to tired. But just by sitting with my art and stitch materials my fingers inevitably pick something up. Before I know it an hour or two has gone by and I have to force myself to stop so I can go to bed.

The same goes for my other passion – reading. Our house is held up by books – I am always striving for more reading time.

So when I have some time – do I read or head for the studio??? Well there is that other problem of wasting time and procrastinating whilst I make the decision… and too often THAT, unfortunately is the time the ironing gets done instead. Could do better!!!! LOL
